I’m personally glad to read this Forbes’ article that brings new insights into Effective Leadership.
Insights based on a psychological study that contributes to raise awareness and acceptance of a new way of appreciating leadership models that the World and companies need.

This helps moving on from a general unconscious biased perception of sensitivity as « emotions not under concrol ».
A biaised perception that leads to showing sensitivity, for a leader, being seen as a weakness or an unskillfulness.

Without forgetting about women, in leadership, who still feels the necessity to hide their sensitivity to be considered as solid leaders.

Yes… Sensitivity is an Asset for a Leader.
