This needs a trustful and human relationship to be in place before inspiring anyone to be/become the best version of her/himself.
Our rationale and studies demonstrate that if we want engagement, performance and retention, we need to change our leadership paradigm and approach managing with kindness, compassion and empathy.
These seem to be the winning values in action as leadership behaviors.
